What this site collects,and what it does with it.

Biponex, a product engineering studio based in Baku and working with clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is the controller of any personal information collected through this website.

Registered as Biponex, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Only what you type into the enquiry form. Nothing is collected from you simply by visiting.

• Your name and work email address — required, so we can reply.
• Your company — optional.
• What you need, a budget range and a timeline — optional, so we can reply usefully.
• Your message.
• The time the form was submitted.

To read your enquiry, reply to it, and — if there is a fit — propose a discovery scope. That is the whole purpose. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.

We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.

The site runs on Cloudflare. When you press send, the form is checked on the server, written to a private Google Sheet that only the two founders can open, and emailed to our enquiry inbox. If that ever fails, the server records only your email address and what you asked for, so we can still get back to you.

Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions from one source. It is held in memory for one minute and is not stored with your enquiry.

None. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain. There is nothing here to accept or decline.

No longer than needed to respond to your enquiry and to any project that follows from it. If nothing follows, ask and it is deleted.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email the address below and we will do it. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can raise it with your local data protection authority.

If what this site collects ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
